OTHER PROJECTS

In addition to my books on Western magic, I have written numerous essays on such subjects as the Tree of the Kabbalah, the order of the Tarot trumps, the Enochian apocalypse working, Egyptian god-making, the initiatory rite of ancient rune shamans, biorhythms, vampires, Cornelius Agrippa, John Dee, the use of rune cards in ritual circle magic, and similar fascinating topics too many to mention.

My essay describing how the Renaissance magician Cornelius Agrippa became the legal advocate for a German woman accused of witchcraft, and thus saved her from certain execution at the hands of the Inquisition, was featured as the cover story ("The Wizard and the Witch") in the October, 1990, issue of Fate Magazine (shown at the left).

Other essays have appeared in Books Two and Three of the Golden Dawn Journal, various editions of Llewellyn's Magical Almanac and Llewellyn's Moon Sign Book, and magazines such as Gnosis, Fate, and New Worlds.
